Family Structures explores the history, present and possible future of multi-adult / multi-generational families. Exploring failed experiments of the past we will look at problems that might be avoided. Looking at the present, we see what people are trying. Finally the class will become a moderated discussion of what might be possible for polyamorous families to accomplish.

Richard Gilmore lived in a triad for 7 years before external circumstances caused it to dissolve. He was briefly in a rural family and is currently in the Nonesuch family, a quad that has been together nearly 10 years.
