Come on out and learn the mysteries of balls on strings, spinning all around you in mezmorizing patterns... Koe will be presenting how to spin these miraculous things called Poi. So, wether you have always wanted to try and never had the opportunity or have bought a pair along the way that you want to break out and actually learn how to play with! Even if you are an old hat at spinning and want an opportunity to jam..come on out! We will have an hour of instruction on the basics (because who couldn't use extra practice at the basics?) and a 1/2 hour of jam time...who knows we might even be able to entice some drummers to come and jam with us! :)

Koe Sozuteki: Just another kid raised in the Cascadia Poly/Pagan/Sex Positive/Geek community since the early 90's. Koe identifies as a Genderqueer Pansexual Polyamorist and ze has been for the greater Poly Community since ze hit puberty; specifically through presenting on per perspective as a Polykid! Koe remembers the inception of Polycamp and is thrilled to be back!
Koe has been spinning poi since 2006; taught by K Wiley of Fire and Strings initally and has been obsessed ever since. Koe enjoys everything about spinning, from teaching to making equipment to fire performence and has been around the Object Manipulation and Flow communities in Seattle and Vancouver, BC... learning as much as ze can and sharing what ze can!
