Vendor's Page: Vendors do not pay a fee nor a percentage of their sale to Polycamp. All you need do is register for Polycamp. However, you must apply and be accepted to vend at Polycamp. We try to avoid duplications of products and services provided by the vendors. That is why we request information and – where applicable – photos of what you intend to vend. Vending is done outside the main lodge. This means you must provide a table and any protective tarps or booths you need to protect yourself and your goods from sun, wind and/or rain. NOTE: We don't guarantee the weather will be good. We will provide reasonable requests for power. You must furnish an extension cord. Loud music is not permitted, but soft "mood music" will be fine. Vendors must comply if asked to turn music down or off by anyone giving a class or seminar inside the main lodge or in the covered shelters. .
